Zion Lutheran Church and School
has a very active music division, headed by Ethel Hoenicke.
Below are some of the options for you to apply your talents. If
you would like to add your gift of singing or playing of a
musical instrument to any worship service, please contact EJ

Handbells
|
-
Mixed Handbells - This
group is for ringers who can read music notes and rhythms.
Composed of adults and a number of students who have
demonstrated their abilities. Performance dates are determined
by availability of the members. Directed by Meghan Stolarczyk.

Beginning Handbells
- For those students and adults who have a desire to
play but need to acquire the basic skills and knowledge.
Performances as circumstances permit.

Chimes
- For the students in the 7th and 8th grade, this is
a great way for them to dabble in their musical talents.
Performances as circumstances permit. Directed by Lauren
Moeller.

Choirs
|
-
Cherub Choir - Grades K-2.
Directed by Miss Wegener. Sings 1st Sunday of the month.

3rd - 6th Grade Choir - Directed by Lauren Moeller.
Accompanist Amanda Koch.

Music 101 - Directed by EJ Hoenicke. The Music 101
class is open to members of Zion who desire to learn more
about proper voice production and music fundamentals.

Ladies Ensemble - Directed by EJ Hoenicke.
|

Men's Ensemble - Directed by EJ Hoenicke.
- At special times of the year, both ensembles will
combine to sing four-part mixed music. Ability to read music
is a plus, but not required.

Contemporary Music
|
-
On the third Sunday of each month, late service, the
contemporary group leads the music for worship. Directed by
Chris List.
