Ushering

Ushering is a simple way to participate in the worship services. Ushers take collection, help seat people on crowded days, greet people in a friendly way, distribute worship folders, and count heads. Ushers are also responsible for directing the congregation for communion. Please feel free to contact the church office, (989) 662-4264, with any questions you may have.

Usher Dress Code

Male Members – We encourage dress pants, dress shirts, and ties, sweaters in cool and cold weather, preferably dress shoes or black tennis shoes, no shorts and no blue jeans.

Female Members – We encourage below the knee skirts and blouse, below the knee conservative dress, stylish pant suits, preferably dress shoes or black tennis shoes, no shorts, and no blue jeans.
